Pastoral Care

Pastoral care at Lisie College of Allied Health Sciences is concerned with the care and promotions of all students’ personal and social wellbeing, ensuring progress and fostering positive attitudes. Pastoral Care is central to the College achieving its educational aims of enabling students to reach their academic potential.

Pastoral care program in our college include the following pillars;

  • Creating a sense of belonging through team building activities.
  • Developing skills and knowledge in order to prevent specific problems such as bullying.
  • Providing counseling and comfort for students with anxiety, loss or disappointment.
  • Providing guidance regarding study patterns, peer relations, post-collage pathways and opportunities.

The pastoral teacher is the member of staff who takes primary responsibility for the welfare, achievement and behavior management of each student and is the first point of contact between a parent and the college.
