Admission process

The prospectus can be downloaded and submit the application online through the application link provided on our website. Application fee can remit through the following modes

  • Online through the “online fee payment” facility given in the website
  • Online through the feebook link which will provide at the time of fee payment
  • DD in favour of Lisie College of Allied Health Sciences, payable at Ernakulam
  • Through Challan (Challan form is available from college office)

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION

  • Open the link at website and click on the BCVT/BSc MLT application link (for diploma courses application form available from office or can download from the website)
  • Enter the details of application fee
  • Enter the following details in the columns provided
    • Name (Block letters)
    • Age ,Sex, Date of Birth
    • Height &Weight
    • Marital status
    • Religion and caste
    • Address; Contact phone Number with code
    • Address of the Guardian
    • Relationship
    • Occupation
  • Submit the application by clicking on Submit button. Take printout, paste the recent photo,attach the payment details of application fee and send along with the supporting documents(mentioned below) to the college either by post or by hand; should reach office on or before the last date
  • Documents to be submitted along with the application form (no originals should be submitted along with the application)
  • The self-attested copy of following certificate should be attached with the application form, failing the same lead to the rejection of application
    • SSLC or equivalent Certificate to prove date of birth
    • Aadhaar card
    • Mark list(s) of qualifying Examination (HSC/equivalent)
    • Conduct certificate
    • Transfer certificate
    • Migration certificate (If necessary)
    • Community certificate
    • Nativity certificate
    • A medical fitness certificate showing suitability to undergo the course*.

(*submit it only at the time of Admission)

PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION

  • Selection will be based on the rank list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
  • After scrutiny of applications, merit list of the different categories will be published in the website and in the notice boards of the college.
  • Selection will be strictly in the order of merit. Selected candidates will be intimated by post and email but are advised to refer college notice boards and appear for the interview and final selection without fail.
  • For genuine reasons, principal will have the right to deny admission to any candidate even if otherwise eligible.
  • Selected candidates shall take admission at the appointed time and date in the college after paying the admission fee, tuition fee, Caution Deposit etc, failing which the offer of admission will be cancelled.

9 Last date of submission(closure of admission) As per the direction from University & Govt of Kerala

Note:-

  • The date shown in the schedule is tentative. Actual date of admission and commencement of classes may change subject to direction of Government of Kerala/KUHS
  • Fee structure will be fixed according to the instructions from government of Kerala / Fee regulatory committee/CMAI. Exact amount of fixed fee will be intimated at the time of admission.
  • Provisionally total seats of all courses are distributed into 50% government quota and 50% management quota
